It is such a Saturday

School. In 3 days. I wasn't even planning on mentioning school and then it just scooted its way into my brain and ruined the opening paragraph of this blog post. That's how evil it is.

Anyway, as my dad says "in an unconscious rebellion against the close of summer" I have been living it up. Or at least keeping busy. It is SUCH a conscious rebellion.
Worth noting at the beginning: SAM GOT HOME ON SUNDAY
Monday-journalism meeting. Stef's an editor. She didn't know it until the meeting. Awesome :) She'll be awesome. I paid fees like it was no one's business. Got a locker. Got a backpack (alas, my awesome backpack of last year was just too beat up to use this year) Sam gave me chopsticks! I went and retrieved them from Tim's house and then we got a call. We answered the call. The call: go to Jen's and throw pink mashed potatoes/sparkle flour at each other for absolutely no logical reason. I enjoyed it.
Tuesday-Since Sam was being Asian, he hadn't seen Harry Potter 7 part 2. Naturally, I wanted to go again. So Sam, Tim, Hunter, Michaelah and I went to the movies. There were maybe 5 other people in the theater. So, as is my tradition, I kept moving around the theater during the movie. I went to 5 different seats and spent at least 3 minutes at each location. Then, after a half coconut/half raspberry Summer Sno, and greeting Jessica at the Scera Pool, Michaelah and I had a party. That party consisted of making brownies, trying to fall asleep, an interesting phone call, driving to Stevo's to give him brownies, hearing of a child named Kaitlyn Bernardson?, driving to Jackson's to give him brownies, and then an unsuccessful inquiry. Top notch.
Wednesday-I was reunited with Chloe Isaak. And I went to the library.
Thursday-movie day. I saw Beastly with Dominique. I love Beastly now. Made my dad a sting of the bee cake. LOTR Return of the King was definitely a highlight of the day, thank you Alex.
Friday-Choir social, which was lovely, then I went with my aunt to some liquidation sale that she was SUPER excited about :) and then we had an extended family dinner. And then Jess's. We made videos about ice cream sandwiches and talked and watched youtube videos and spit water like they do in the movies (only not like they do in the movies because I was NOT good at it!) and I learned how to play the guitar. 3 chords. But that's the most knowledge I've ever had about guitar.
Today-I'm blogging. And I was conveniently reminded that I had a blog while writing up my Sunday lesson. Yeah, not a 7 minute talk for church, no, a half-a-freaking-hour lesson for YW. I know I can talk for a half-an-hour, I'm just hoping that it's good stuff. I'm praying the class will be edified. Pray for me! And also, Kailtin is coming today and we're going to make cookies! What a good time.

And just to kill my buzz, I re-read the first paragraph. School.
