Five

AHHHHHH! It's Friday. Tomorrow is Saturday. And now it's like any regular weekend. No longer spring break. Just regular. BOO!

I woke up late again today. Oops :) tomorrow I'm going to be really good! And wake up EARLY! That's the plan. But plans are subject to change, especially when I've just washed my sheets and I'm tired and it doesn't really matter when I wake up. Yep, there's a plan B.

Dishes, laundry, sweeping, coloring, reading, calculus-ing, chemistry-ing, movie watching, painting, raking, cooking, laughing, piano playing, snapping, random questioning, writing, aching, jumping, dancing... that was my day.

The pictures I drew today were quite a sight. Some of them I like, others not so much.

Mafia to Mormon is such an interesting book so far. Check it out.

Calc and chem. They are so awful. But, when I get it, I really like them. How rare those moments are.

HARRY POTTER. It's in my house. Part 1. I am so stoked. I am a wizard. I am so excited for part 2!!! Let's go at midnight!! I am. So come with me. We watched it. The special features are only deleted scenes (all of the scenes should have gone in the movie in my opinion, they are fabulous!)

Have I mentioned how much I love my sister? Yes. But, here's another reason why. Best scene that is not from the books that they've put into the Harry Potter series-Harry and Hermione dancing after Ron leaves. They are so awkward but I absolutely adore it! So, after the movie is over, Liz rewinds and comes over to me and we do the awkward but awesome dance to O Children by Nick Cave (it's really a weird song when you listen to the words).

My mom asked me to do a difficult thing today. Oh yeah, they bought a car. A van. I didn't want a van. But hey, I have to get to school some way so I'm grateful! Anyway, whilst they were buying our dinner was cooking. We had salmon... yummy! Mom asked me to get it out and see if it was done. If you have never checked to see if a fish is done-it's hard! I've never done it before today so I freaked out a bit. But it all turned out. And it was tasty!

Today in the afternoon I got on my service boots and went to a service project at Orem City Park. We had such a blast! We sang while we worked, raking wood chips in the playground area, painting trashcans, and cleaning lids, peeling tape off the tables, and I couldn't help but try and disinfect those as well. We told jokes, talked in accents, and it wasn't a party until you got paint on your hands. It's black. It hasn't come off yet.

Today I spent some time by myself. I wrote a bit. I played the piano (Schindler's List has such great music. It's so beautiful.). I jumped on my trampoline. I texted random questions to some people. Some answered readily, others were hesitant to divulge of the information. It was kinda fun :) And then I remember this very silly thing, started in a biology classroom at Orem High. Try snapping 100 times. It's harder than it sounds. I've accomplished it every time I try, but after I get to 100, I can't help but question myself as to why in the world I did it in the first place.

I laughed today. I smiled. I joked. I giggled. I wondered. I questioned. I tilted my head like my puppies do when I ask them if they want a treat. I felt silly. I felt a little ridiculous. I felt happy.

This is the first time I've tried putting a picture in one of these things. It's supposed to be a doggy tilting its head. We'll see.
Y, voy a ver Titanic con mi hermana ahora. It's been so long since I've Spanished it up. Hopefully that means something to someone out there... hopefully it means what I am trying to make it mean.

But look at me, all responsible. It's 9:47. HA.
